ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
I’m a counsellor offering support to individuals and their loved ones navigating life’s emotional and psychological challenges. Being a mother of two with over 25 years of experience in the fast-paced tech industry, I understand firsthand the pressures of facing demanding careers, leading teams, juggling family responsibilities and personal wellbeing, especially in the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) times that we live in. These lived experiences inform my counselling practice and help me connect deeply with clients who are striving to find balance and clarity.

My practice is inclusive, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed and queer-affirming. I actively volunteer with LGBTQIA+ organisations in Singapore such as SAFE Family Singapore and The Greenhouse. Whether you are queer or questioning, you can experience unique challenges in exploring your identity and presentations, figuring out what it means to be yourself, to be with your family of origin and in your social circles. When you work with me, I am committed to creating a safe, affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
EXPERIENCE
I work with both adolescents and adults from all walks of life, who encounter feelings of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, stress and burnout, anger management, relationship difficulties, identity exploration (including gender and sexuality), life transitions (job/ life), and traumatic experiences.

I also work with neurodivergent individuals (including those with autism and ADHD) and their families, providing space for them to process the diagnosis and how it is impacting them as a family and socially. I support them to navigate those challenges with compassion and practical tools.

CHAT WITH ME
I am privileged to be able to support you on your personal growth. I provide both in-person and online sessions in English, with each session lasting 50 minutes. If additional time is needed, it can be arranged with appropriate adjustments to fees. In-person sessions are held at High Street Center, Singapore.

Speaking to a counsellor about your struggles and challenges can feel scary and nerve-wrecking. I offer a complimentary 20 minute consultation (online-only) which gives us a chance to connect, discuss what you're looking for and answer any questions you might have about what our sessions would look like.
